Refund policy

Return Policy for Online Orders:

• Online orders can be returned for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Worn, washed or damaged items will not be accepted for return. Original tags must be attached and intact.
• For defective item claims, please contact us at graphics.annette@gmail.com or call 636.220.2612 during business hours (MON-FRI 10-6pm and SAT 10-5pm).
• Returns that don’t meet our guidelines will be sent back to us at your own expense. 
• Sale / clearance / flash sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.


How To Make a Return or Exchange

1. Before sending anything back, please read our return policy to ensure that your item(s) meet our guidelines.

2. If your item(s) qualifies for a return, please send an email to: graphics.annette@gmail.com. Please let us know if you would like to simply return an item for store credit or if you need to exchange it for a different size. If it is a sizing issue, please let us know the size you want and we will confirm availability.

3. As soon as we reply to your email, please mail your item(s) and receipt back to us using any method you prefer:

4. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. For returns, we will contact you regarding your store credit that can be used on a future purchase.
For exchanges, we will get your replacement mailed out within 3-5 days.
